When I was at Probation Waiting Room there was a Poster 
which staff left as it was 
with a Foreigner and had written something like "Racism" 
Someone had hand written big pen "YER"

Funny Prison is called a Wing and Hospital is Called Ward
Politics and Community has Ward You can have mail addressed in your name and ward in Hospital but not bills I think they set people up with Cash Cards when they are leaving from a long stay
unlike a Prisoner has a Code Name and Number for a Cell
and prisoners can only have visiting orders by mail sends not anyday visits like hospital
Still a Prisoner in both Wikipedia once quote not sure if still do under the Broadmoor Hospital Search - but Mental Hospitals cannot be prison because there are nurses which is different
but that is not cool enough answer for me
well you don't get 23 hour lock up on one side
They are still Jailers Screws with a Lock to a Locked building but with permission you can get easy exits from hospital 
unlike 23 hour cell "lock-up" many door locks to go through in prison till the front gate
a Female nurse Sam in First Stay quoted to me "unlike prison, Hospital uses First names" that was clever observation how did she know
But Ward Staff try and Hide Surname when in Close Contact with Patient for so Long to Avoid Stalking I guess
They are Quite Humane Except Medication which Ruins It And on the Front Line with their Inferred "Beam Us Up Scoty" Ceiling Transmitters Now being Replaced by Radio at Worthing Hospital Ward they can Summon a Posse Team to Call to Trouble Shooting and when in trouble none of the other patient close by offer to help against that team
Although a Kid in Ward 1 was cool as summoning a Patient Posse little beknown to him the patients were Staff Friendly and he was a Newbie

but I don't Like hospital I could Never leave my MP3 player lying around to provide music people are so destructive someone would break it or nick it
So there nothing else to do except go Asleep all day and food Provided
I don't go in for Group Therapy
the Garden Wildlife is Cool but Insects Travel on you back into the building in summer it's a game of save the Ants trapped in the Building Now they made all Hard Floors not Carpeted so the ant's show up more

but when I was on the south downs and got questioned after I asked names and gladly gave

they Hospital Nurse Staff write all names on a wall now on the ward to help nurse find and with door numbering
